SO THE INDUSTRIAL LAND USES THAT ARE BEING PROPOSED ARE CONSISTENT WITH THOSE REQUIREMENTS. AGAIN, THE ZONING MAP DOES SHOW THAT IT IS REZONING FROM ARE YOU-43 TWO PAD. IN THE YELLOW PORTION. THE AERIAL VIEW AGAIN IT SHOWS LUKE AIR FORCE BASE JUST TO THE EAST OF THIS COULD IT'S ACTUALLY TOUCHING LUKE AIR FORCE BASE. SO AGAIN THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH IS THE WEST 303 CROSSING THAT WAS RECENTLY IN. SO THE INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS COMPLEX WOULD BE COMPATIBLE. PROJECT DETAILS. IT IS INDUSTRIAL, MANUFACTURING DISTRIBUTION. THE SITE WOULD HAVE ACCESS FROM SARAH ABOUT AND ASP ROADS. PRIVATE EASEMENTS ARE ON THE NORTH OF THE SITE AND IT WILL BE SHARED REALLY WITH OTHER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA. SO THE PAD DEVELOPMENT IS REQUESTING SOME MODIFICATION TO THE HEIGHT, 85 FEET. THE MAXIMUM SAR, THE FLOOR AREA RATIO WOULD BE A .5 SAR. THAT IS THE FLOOR AREAS MULTIPLIED BY THE NET LOG AREA IS HOW YOU GET THAT FIGURE THEN, THE PARKING IS REDUCED BECAUSE WE FOUND THAT THERE'S JUST NOT A LOT OF PARKING NEEDED FOR THOSE TYPES OF DEVELOPMENTS. THIS IS ALL IN THE CITY DEPARTMENT HAVE REVIEWED THESE PROPOSAL AND IT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE PAD AND OTHER DEVELOPED THAT HAVE OCCURRED ALONG THE LOOP 303. THE PROGRAMS ARE FUNDED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OTHERWISE KNOWN AS HOW THE. HUD REGULATIONS REQUIRE THISMULTIPLE PLANS THAT GOVERN POLICIES OPERATIONS AND STRATEGIES FOR MEETING THE LOCAL HOUSING NEEDS AND GOALS USING AT FUNDING. AT A MINIMUM, WE MUST MAKE AN ANNUAL [INAUDIBLE] INCLUDES OUR ANNUAL PLAN AND CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM. THEN EVERY FIVE YEARS OR ANYTIME THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO OUR PLAN WE MUST ALSO SUBMIT A FIVE-YEAR PLAN AND FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM PLAN.
