I THINK THE THE MESSAGE THAT WE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR IS WHAT YOU DO IN THIS TOURISM GROWTH STRATEGY FIRST OF ALL AND AND TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE HAS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMMUNITY VALUES INHERENT IN PLANO. THAT'S WHERE IT STARTS. SO MUSIC FESTIVAL OR OR ANY OTHER EVENT OF THAT NATURE NEEDS TO BE SORT OF A EVOLVE FROM PLAYING THOSE OWN DNA THEN WITH SUCCESS. ONE IS IT'S A PROMOTIONAL ISSUE SORT OF PACKAGING ALL OF THOSE ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES TOGETHER. SO PLANO BECOMES KNOWN AS THE CENTER FOR WELLNESS AND AND SECONDLY FROM A PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY. SO ON THE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS OF COURSE WE'D WANT BUDGETS YOU KNOW MINIMUM OF 70% SCORE REQUIRED FOR FUNDING. THESE ARE SOME PRETTY STANDARD REQUIREMENTS. WE ARE LOOKING AT A 25% UPFRONT PAYMENT WITH REMAINING FUNDS REIMBURSED QUARTERLY AND SO THE THOUGHT PROCESS THERE IS SOME OF THESE GROUPS ARE SMALLER. THEY MAY NOT HAVE CAPACITY BUT STAFF WORKS VERY CLOSELY WITH THE CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND REGULAR REPORTING AND RECEIPTS. THE GOAL IS AS WELL FOR THESE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE SKIN IN THE GAME SO WE'RE GOING TO PROVIDE 50% BUT AT THE END OF THE YEAR THERE IS A TRUE UP AND IF AN ORGANIZATION IS TRULY NOT PROVIDING THAT 50% MATCH THAT MAY RISK FUTURE INELIGIBILITY IN THE PROGRAM. >> AS I'VE MENTIONED, WE'VE TEN APPLICATIONS ALLOWED IN THE EVENT SERIES. WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR SOME OF THESE THINGS TO FOCUS ON THE ARTS AND SO HERITAGE COMMISSION GRANTS IF YOU'RE GOING TO APPLY FOR ONE YOUR ORGANIZATION WOULD NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR ANOTHER. THE 20 FOOT LANDSCAPE SCREENING ACCOUNTING FOR AROUND 20,000FT2 OF LAND IS IS TO BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE NEW HIGHWAY. BUT ALSO WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE LOCAL NEIGHBORS THAT WERE ON THE ESTATES AND THEREFORE THAT'S WHY THEY PUT IN THE DESIGN STANDARDS WITH REGARDS TO THE FENCING AND THE GREEN SCAPE. I TAKE A LITTLE BIT OF OPPOSITION TO MR. LINEKER'S POINT. I WRITE A POINT ABOUT IF THE HOMEOWNER DID NOT WANT TO BE BURDENED WITH THAT FENCING IN THAT GREEN SCAPE THEY WOULDN'T MOVE THERE.
