um this is a special city council meeting for the canvasing of the votes or the election um I'll take a motion to approve the regular agenda so moved second there's been a motion by Sean second by Bruce all in favor say I I opposed motion carries okay next item up is resolution 24111 15-01 canvasing election results or returns and declaring results official somebody want to offer that resolution I will make a motion to approve resolution 24 111501 um canvasing election returns and declaring the results official is there a second Bruce second didate um any other discussion hearing none all in favor say I I opposed motion carries I take a motion to adjourn so second motion made and seconded all in favor say I I I uh one clarifying qu is uh Precinct 40 new PR that's the Scott County side right and then new PR two on the back page it just says where it splits the two I'm assuming the top one's the Scot oh I guess I don't know excuse me we call them precincts one and two I don't I don't know what that means um yeah Precinct 2 is Scott County oh oh Precinct 2 Scott County 70 and the one that's with the 40 in front that's uh County oh okay that's their county numbers for like court and what what's our state section is that 40 we're in the first district but no I mean not not for federal I mean for the St at the state level well lur lur county is is County 40 because they number them by alphabetical order so so like when court cases and stuff or that matters like that so all the court cases will start with 40 on the lour side 70 on the Scott County side so cool there you go
