[Music] Welcome back to the Monday Morning Minute  for April 14th. Let's get 60 seconds on the clock and get started. Oakdale's Park Clean Up Week  starts next week, and there's a few parks that still need adopting. Park Clean Up Week is a great  activity for neighbors, friends, community groups, anyone needing volunteer hours, to give back to  the community and help get our parks ready for the busy summer months. To check out which parks still  need to be claimed, check out the link provided. The City is currently conducting a planning study  in the area around 12th Street and Geneva Avenue, and it will examine transportation, land use,  and redevelopment opportunities, but we need your feedback. If you live, work, shop, or have  a general interest in redevelopment in that area, please take the short online survey at the  link provided. Finally, the Maplewood Oakdale Lions Club is once again hosting the City-Wide  Garage Sales this year, taking place Thursday, May 1 through Saturday, May 3.
