I'll come up something the strategy site again and mine is is funding for Public Safety fire and stuff is there that option going forward on new applicants to put in a fire Public Safety tax I don't want to call it tax it's a fee and again I sorry I came from mle Grove I believe one of the major companies actually bought a ladder truck for the fire department for Maple Grove to respond to their specific buildings so um it just did we miss out on something with ravenia travera Hope Church all of this stuff did we miss something there how do cities do it I think I've talked with you how many times Jay on my small town in southern Minnesota has got a six Bay all new equipment but yet they do service their small town and the three other small towns around it 2550 70 square miles I mean it's a it's a big deal so they're somehow they're getting the money but yeah I think that's a a really helpful thing for us to look at in terms of how are we funding Services as part of our when we do our goal setting and strategic planning uh another thing we've talked about uh for our fee schedule um franchise fees MH like that's a really missed opportunity there was a few cities that have just implemented or renewed some so also something when you're talking about creative funding strategies that it's probably helpful for us to consider during our goal setting I don't want to take away from park or the park dedication or anything like that I just that's probably i' like to have a work session on at some point it doesn't necessarily have to be soon but I think it's probably a conversation we're going to want to have at some point here I think another one is going to be discussion of the implications of the three and a half change the three and a half unit change and what our policy choices could be to ensure we don't turn into something we didn't intend to turn into great well that's that's helpful feedback uh nothing else on the calendar right now um I I am going to if it's of interest uh as I've got Clarity on some of the other things that we have like uh firearm safety just started is that something that you would like to see on the calendar so you're aware that it's happening or not because it does come out in the quarterly newsletter yep the newsletter was outstanding you guys was freaking awesome and then outside printer somebody else doing it would like to know how much saved a th000 bucks sweet it was actually a little bit more than a, bucks I didn't read all 494 pages Aaron has done a fantastic job with that Alicia is leading that in order to make sure that we're getting more effective and and more uh more strategies for how we can improve communication uh they're taking a deep dive into our website and and looking at that uh and uh very hopeful granicus that uh train training has been happening uh and uh so we're we're ready but also you don't want to stutter step that M uh you want to make sure that when you launch you're ready to mhm I don't think anyone can accuse us of stutter stepping that one uh and and then if you the the monitor that's in the atrium uh if you've seen over in the EOC there's a a rolling update that talks about what's going on we're we're modifying that for there and in the work area so it's going to provide public information what's happening in the community celebrating events like what we just had the weather uh so that will happen on that big screen uh aon's almost ready to do that he's been working on that cool um want to mention truck safety next that's next week isn't it you guys for 27 27th next audit public works thank everybody for doing that it's huge I had one other one thinking of Deb do we have stuff that can make it easier to take meeting minutes electronically instead of her having to write everything out is there is there a system in Gran do that do that for us we'll have that we'll have that in granas Auto minutes eventually yeah EV just run all our YouTube videos through chat what are you going to do with all your free timeing well a better job keeping up with this I don't know I just I thought of you on all of us rambling me more than others but thank you for everything you do guys absolutely all right I'll go home I move to a journ second all those in favor say hi
