Town Board meeting of January 22nd, 2025 to order. The first order of business is to approve the agenda. Are there any additions or deletions? Yes, Mr. Chair. Uh in light of being absent, uh Mr. Prudon this evening. Uh staff recommends moving our public hearings um under 7 A, B and C um to the second meeting in February uh during which time we can do or follow the appropriate posting guidelines to accommodate that date. I would also suggest that the new business 8A uh public safety commission, Peterson Road, and Mahagen Lane also be um also be moved to that meeting as well, February 19th. Um Supervisor Prudon has um requested being present for all of those discussions. He feels they're too important um not to have another voice involved. So I would recommend all of those seven and eight be moved to the meeting on February 19th. Okay. Can I have a motion to that effect? So moved. Favor. I'll second that. I guess we're two of us. So all in favor I I All right. Next item. Chair, I think we should probably explain why we have to move the uh the hearings on uh the improvements. That's because approve um adoption of assessments require supermajority which in the case of the town board means all three of you have to vote. Yep. But should we do we have to go through the motion of opening and then continuing rather than adjusting the We should we should actually and that yes that's probably a better way to do it.
